Though we use subcontractors for some niche work, all our core activities are undertaken by our own staff. This guarantees our labour supply, quality of work and our ability to meet agreed timelines.

At CML we do not try to provide any and all construction services. We do not build large office buildings. We do not build residential homes. We concentrate on what we are good at; commercial repairs and maintenance through to minor construction, insurance reinstatement and accessibility solutions for our special needs community.
